UK Delivery charges

For orders under £49 Hello Paris charges £2.50 for 1st class postage to addresses within the UK. If you prefer you can choose to have your tickets sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at £5.75. This requires a signature on arrival. For orders of more of than £49, Royal Mail special delivery is the only option.

Vouchers

Some products which can be sent in a voucher format will be sent free of charge by email for you to print out.

Payments to Hello Paris are handled by Sage Pay, a major UK payment service provider which handles 4 billion transactions each year. Sage Pay is a division of the Sage Group plc.
