UK Delivery charges
For orders under £49 Hello Paris charges £2.50 for 1st class postage to addresses within the UK. If you prefer you can choose to have your tickets sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at £5.85. This requires a signature on arrival. For orders of more of than £49, Royal Mail special delivery is the only option.
Vouchers
Products which can be sent in a voucher format by email qualify for free delivery if chosen. NB : some products do not qualify for instant email delivery and therefore 24 working hours are needed to send the voucher to you.
Payment
Payments to Hello Paris are handled by Sage Pay, a major UK payment service provider which handles 4 billion transactions each year. Sage Pay is a division of the Sage Group plc.
