Brilliant service

I ordered tickets so we wouldn't have to queue for them at the stations in Paris.
The website was easy to use and the tickets arrived by special delivery. Hassle free. Very happy

Great to have delivered to your home before you go to Paris!

The RER is more complicated to use than the Metro. The RER fare is variable and not all "C" line RER trains end at Versailles. Since I am always having Museum Passes delivered to my home from Hello Paris before I travel, I also have them send me both RER ticket to Versailles and a carnet or 2 of Metro tickets (10-20 tickets). This frees you of the need to immediately waste time obtaining those once in Paris. If you need more metro tickets, you can get them from a dispensing machine or manned booth at your leisure. Note- The machines to not accept American chip and sign credit cards! I will say that on this last trip to Paris, to avoid the confusion of which RER train ends at Versailles, we took Uber there and then took the RER back into the city. Coming back from Versailles is no problem as that station is the end of the line and all trains head into central Paris.
