Your evening starts with a wonderful festive meal prepared for you by the Chefs from Maison Dalloyau, and then sit back and enjoy the wonderful Moulin Rouge show 'Féeries' whilst enjoying a glass of Champagne.
Salmon preserved by low temperature cooking served with caviar lime and buckwheat and a mango and turnip napoleon with bourbon vanilla
Or Ballotine of semi-cooked duck foie gras marinated with aged port, served with braised red cabbage and reinette apple, and a beet and horseradish jelly
Arctic char fish cooked on top of a slice of brioche served with quenelle of caviar, conft bonnotte potato and a creamy water cress
Or Chicken breast stuffed with truffles, served with swiss chard napoleon and Albufeira sauce

Dinner start at 19:00 with an orchestra as entertainment, followed by a 1 hour and 30 mins show starting at 21:00.
Please be aware that the dress code for the Moulin Rouge is smart/casual which means no jeans or trainers.
