Security measures
For the safety and security of us all, the number of security agents on site has been increased. Bags are systematically checked and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance. Large bags of over 16 litres in volume (except for small backpacks, handbags and computer bags) are no longer accepted in any part of the Bateaux Parisien establishements, including the cloakroom. Any items, boxes or other containers left unattended, as well as any suspicious behaviour, must be reported to the crew members.
The only toilets available are located on the boats. Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities available on the piers.
NB: This lunch is on request, so once we receive your chosen service, we will check availability and then call you to confirm the booking and take payment. You will then be sent a voucher by email showing your reservation number. All required information will be indicated on the voucher.
