This voucher gives you 10 undated single journey tickets which allows you to travel using the metro, the bus lines (except Orlybus and Roissybus), the tramways, the Montmartre funicular within zones 1-3 and the RER in zone 1 only. This voucher will be sent to you by email for exchange in central Paris next to the Opera Garnier.

If you only need to make a few journeys, the book of 10 single Paris metro tickets (also known as a t+ carnet) is a good, cheap option. The tickets are valid indefinitely, and as they are undated you can use any you have left over on your next trip to Paris. Check the "Downloads" section to find a Paris Metro Map and RER Map so you can plan your journeys.
Each ticket from the book of 10 single journeys allows you one journey for up to 2 hours (90 minutes on buses or trams). You can change lines or buses as many times as you want with the one ticket, however if you are using it on the metro or RER you must stay within the metro/RER system - as soon as you leave (go through the barriers) the ticket expires.
The Carnet, or Book of 10 Single Journeys, can be split up between up to 10 people. They are not named or dated.
This voucher needs to be exchanged for the book of 10 single journeys at the exchange point near to the Opera Garnier, a 20 minute walk from the Gare du Nord, the eurostar arrival station.

The central Paris exchange point is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00, except on the 24th and 31st December when it's open from 11:00 to 16:00, and 25th December and 1st January when it is closed. It is located near the Opera Garnier, and the nearest Metro stop is 'Havre-Caumartin' or RER stop 'Auber'.
This is a voucher which will be sent to you by email. Vouchers are valid until the end of the year, however the tickets themselves are undated.
NB: If you decide to physically leave the underground system during your journey, your single ticket will no longer be valid.
Please note that Paris Metro tickets and RER tickets have a magnetic stripe on the back. Please take care not to bend, tear or scratch the tickets and keep them away from mobile phones. If one of the tickets doesn't work on the day of use, you will be able to take it to any RATP booth in Paris and ask for a free replacement.
