Experience a magical New Year's Eve at the very heart of Paris. From the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, you will be able to marvel at the exceptional views over Paris at night, whilst enjoying a wonderful tasting menu devised by renowned chef Alain Soulard, accompanied by a live quartet.
'Fraicheur' of crab, served with cream of cauliflower and tonka beans, and Tobiko (flying fish roe)
Half-cooked duck foie gras, served with heart of passion fruit and toasted brioche
Scallops à la plancha, served with a champagne sauce and abutternut squash and onion confit
or Roasted red label leg of lamb with smoked ham crust, served with 'anna' potatoes, alongside salsify and chestnut with burgundy truffle
Guanaja chocolate crisp cake, poached pear with Ile-de-France lime honey, light cream and vanilla ice cream

On the 31st December, from 19:00 to 19:30pm you will be welcomed at the restaurant booth at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, then between 19:30pm and 20:00pm you will take the lift to the restaurant on the first floor. The dinner takes place between 19:30pm and midnight.
Lift ticket for the 1st floor of the tower included. Lift acces from 19.30pm to 20.00pm. The monument closes at 00.30am.
NB: This dinner is on request, so once we receive your demand, we will check availability and then call you in order to confirm the booking and take payment. You will then be sent a voucher by email with your tour reservation number. All required information will be clearly indicated on the voucher.
