Delivery and Payment Options

Due to the current situation in the UK concerning the Coronovirus, the office is currently closed, however we are working remotely so please send us an email if you have any questions. This means we cannot receive post, so this is being held safely by Royal Mail, however we can't access it until the office reopens. Therefore if you would like to apply for a refund, feel free to send the tickets back to us, however we will not be able to process any refunds until we are back in the office. 


Tickets are dispatched within 2 working days of your order. Orders and requests placed after 12.00 or over the weekend or any public holiday will be dealt with within 24 hours from the next working day. Please be aware that we can deliver to hotels and hostels but we do not take responsibility if you do not receive your item.

PLEASE NOTE that due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail is no longer able to guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day for items posted from Thursday the 19th of March 2020 onwards. They'll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters. They are no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday the 14th of March 2020.

For orders under £50 Hello Paris charges £3.50 for 1st Class Recorded Signed For postage or £7.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery to residential addresses within the UK. Recorded Signed For arrives typically between 1-3 days after processing, however, this time for delivery is not guaranteed and can take up to 2 weeks. We are only able to investigate the non-arrival of tickets once the 2 weeks have passed. Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive before 1 pm the next working day after processing. Both forms of postage require a signature on arrival. For orders over £50, Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only option.

For all items which couldn't be delivered, a 'something for you' card will be delivered, the item will be returned to the nearest collection point (instructions on the card) from the delivery address. You will then be able to either arrange a redelivery online or by calling the post office or collect the item by bringing proof of identification and address.

Products in voucher format qualify for free delivery. If you have chosen an automatic voucher, you will need to click on the link at the end of your purchase to download the voucher. Alternatively, you can log back into your account and download your voucher from there. NB: some products do not qualify for instant email delivery and therefore 24 working hours are needed to send the voucher to you. Please be aware that orders placed over the weekend or any public holiday will be dealt with on the next working day.

Orders sent outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed wherever possible and where not possible, by courier. Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed deliveries take anything from 4 to 7 days, but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We are therefore only able to investigate the non-arrival of a parcel sent by this method after 4 weeks. Please ensure that you choose the correct postage to allow enough time for your tickets to arrive. You will be sent the tracking number so that you can track its progress.

Payments to Hello Paris are handled by Sage Pay, a major UK payment service provider that handles 4 billion transactions each year. Sage Pay is a division of the Sage Group plc.
